Our Pilots and Photographers

Our drone pilots are all FAA Licensed Commercial Remote Airmen.  FAA Licenses are available upon request. The following FAA website explains the laws and statutes that we, as Commercial Remote Pilots, must adhere to during the process of carrying out our shoots.

Our pilots and photographers are fully insured.

 Due to current fuel prices, shoots requiring travel over 50 miles from Greenbrier, TN will include an additional fuel surcharge of $.75/mile. Shoots located over 100 miles will include a fuel surcharge of $.75/mile and provide suitable hotel lodging in addition to standard pricing seen above. Tennessee charges sales tax on any tangible product created in the state. Therefore, Tennessee  State and County Sales Tax (9.75%) will be added to the final cost of each project delivered. 

Tennessee weather can be unpredictable at times and we understand. In most cases we can shoot around it. Through digital enhancement in the editing phase, users would never know that the weather was undesirable during the shoot. If a shoot is to be cancelled for weather, it shall be cancelled the morning of.  Alternatively, cloudy skies are a photographers friend. On cloudy days, the sun does not cast harsh shadows on any side of the property, making the final product that much better after the editing process. Rain and snow, however, present a new set of challenges.  If the home does not have floor to ceiling windows , we recommend that the shoot proceed even during rain. In this case, we can shoot the interior of the home, and it will appear pleasant outside.  We will usually get a break in the weather while shooting to take the exterior photos as well. This gives a great, fresh look to the property.  In the event the rain is heavy and persistent, we will return, for free, to shoot the exterior as soon as the weather clears.

• Ownership of Raw Materials:
  All raw files, including unedited photos, videos, and project assets (e.g., source files, footage, drafts), remain the sole property of Sparrow Media Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final deliverables provided to the client are for agreed-upon usage only.
• Usage Rights:
  Sparrow Media Services grants clients non-exclusive rights to use the final deliverables for purposes outlined in the project agreement, such as marketing, promotional materials, or internal business use. Any usage outside the scope of the original agreement requires prior written consent and may incur additional licensing fees.
• Licensing of Final Deliverables:
  Clients receive a limited license to the final deliverables for their intended use. Sparrow Media Services retains copyright ownership unless otherwise transferred through a separate agreement. Clients may not sell, transfer, or sublicense the deliverables without prior authorization.
• Portfolio and Promotional Use:
  Sparrow Media Services reserves the right to showcase final deliverables in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.
• Unauthorized Modifications:
  Clients may not alter, edit, or manipulate deliverables without prior approval from Sparrow Media Services. Unauthorized alterations may void the agreement and licensing rights.
