Sparrow Media Services has expanded to include this brand new Photography and Video Production Studio. Our new Harmony Hill Studio is located in a quiet, private, rural setting and features a white 23'x 11' cyclorama wall built into a climate-controlled 30' x 40' workshop. Rolling tables make product photography easily manageable. There is a retractable backdrop system, making backdrop changes simple and fast. 6 soft light boxes line the ceiling and are controlled via remote. The makeup and dressing area features an adjustable (daylight/warm light) lit mirror, folding makeup shelf, clothing rack, and stools. Two extra tall garage doors allow for filming large subjects, such as vehicles, a breeze. With ample, paved parking in front, load in/out is very easy. A coffee station and mini-fridge put the finishing touches on this creative space!
It doesn't stop there.... Harmony Hill Studio is not the only creative space on the property! We also offer numerous outdoor shooting areas including a pond with a dock, large hot tub, multiple brick walls, porches & patios with rocking chairs and other seating, fields, woods, and manicured lawn and flower bed areas. Walk-throughs are available upon request.

RATES
- Harmony Hill Studio (including all outdoor areas) is available for $125/hour (2 hour minimum)
- Half-Day, Full-Day, and Monthly rates are available on request

Studio Policy
- To preserve the white, clean nature of the space for our clients, we kindly ask that no glitter, confetti, liquids or other hard to remove substances be used during rental unless previously agreed upon in writing.
- Photographers & Crew are allotted 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shoot to load in and set up. Your shooting time begins from the time scheduled and runs until the last person leaves the studio. Should you extend 15 minutes or more past your designated wrap time, you will be charged an extra half hour.
- Maximum capacity per fire code - 12 people (including photographer)
Cancellation Policy
- A $50 deposit is required to book the studio. This deposit will be applied toward the final rental total at the conclusion of your shoot.
- Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from your scheduled shoot time will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot time will render your deposit non-refundable.
- Should Harmony Hill Studio find it necessary to cancel on our end for some unavoidable reason, you will be given the choice to reschedule your shoot or receive a full refund.
